Freedom Advocacy Network

FAN was an IRR initiative that ran from June 2021 – December 2022 that aimed at making the case for classical liberalism to young audiences online, between the age of 18 – 35.

It aimed to:

EMPOWER young South Africans to become problem solvers in their own lives and communities;
BUILD relationships of trust between young South Africans from all backgrounds to confront problems together; and
CONNECT freedom-loving young South Africans to fight for an accountable, honest, effective, and limited government.

FAN produced online content in a variety of engaging forms, namely; simple articles, explainer videos and podcasts. An archive of this content is still available:
